Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the suppliers’ sub-tier declarations approval process.
  • •Validate suppliers’ sub-tier declarations using predetermined criteria and follow up with suppliers to clarify declarations.
  • •Report on project progress and maintain trackers/KPIs (as applicable) with archiving of records.
  • •Support the Supplier Request for Information process and follow up with internal stakeholders for open and aging requests.
  • •Conduct process mapping, write work instructions, and rework QMS procedures to the latest template with content improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Eligible to work in Canada.
  • •Enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
  • •Able to work on-site in the province where hired, if applicable.
  • •Pursue a degree in mechanical engineering, computer engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, operations management, or business administration.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written) and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
