Job Summary

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the payments platform that powers buyer payments, seller payouts, refunds, and financial data across a fast-growing live shopping marketplace. Lead prioritization using core payments metrics and experimentation frameworks, coordinate backend and frontend workstreams, and build ledger and reporting foundations that support month-end close. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, CX, and Operations to manage risk and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision and roadmap for Payments, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments for fast growth and international expansion.
•Translate stakeholder needs across sellers, Finance, and CX into scalable product strategies and systems.
•Define and track core payments metrics (authorization rates, payout success, refund rates, processing costs, financial accuracy) and use them to guide prioritization.
•Drive execution across multiple workstreams by coordinating backend payments systems, payment integrations, and frontend UX while managing dependencies and timelines.
•Build the financial data foundation, including ledger systems for internal reporting, seller transparency tools, and accurate month-end closes, while partnering to ensure compliance and manage risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 344,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience focused on payments products and platforms (card/alternative payments, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, ledger systems).
•Proven experience owning high-volume, mission-critical payments systems at marketplace, fintech, or platform companies.
•Strong product leadership, including setting strategy and driving complex initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N.
•Deep understanding of financial data, reconciliation, and reporting, including support for finance/accounting and month-end close processes.
•Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing speed with risk and quality.
