Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the core Cloud Subject Matter Expert for the technical and operational configuration needs of the customer.
  • •Own orchestration of Signature deliverables, customer experience, renewal, and expansion outcomes.
  • •Coordinate completion of Signature Success services and provide timely, proactive feature guidance based on customer interests.
  • •Conduct quarterly reviews to identify trends and recommend releases that support stability, performance, and feature enhancements.
  • •Serve as an advocate and point of contact during high-severity cases, coordinating triage and resolution with internal and external collaborators.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, SaaS platform use, project leadership, or technical consulting/solutions development.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, mapping business requirements to technical features on Salesforce.
  • •Experience coordinating and supporting key/high-volume customer events and leading efforts with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs or projects.
  • •Salesforce ecosystem experience (+2 years preferred) and familiarity with Salesforce core cloud features; Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
