Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with internal business partners to identify and implement strategic opportunities and solutions using expert bank process knowledge.
  • •Lead planning and execution for highly complex projects, coaching others and facilitating acquisition/application of expert knowledge.
  • •Develop and centralize risk management for bank operational communications by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • •Lead development of a new communication governance framework and coordinate cross-department efforts to eliminate redundant processes and align messaging to standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Evaluate and improve processes by running existing controls, defining project scopes, ensuring process documentation, and monitoring implementation against performance benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of experience in business process consultation, process design, and developing business processes, procedures, measures, and metrics.
  • •Expert knowledge of bank products and processes, including retail bank subject matter expertise.
  • •Experience leading programs/projects and working in an agile environment.
  • •Extensive experience with risk management frameworks, banking regulatory requirements, and process improvement methodologies.
