Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue and pick materials for production kitting (MRO and OEM), ensuring correct batch numbers and complete batch documentation for traceability.
  • •Receive goods from vendors into goods inwards, verify quantities against paperwork, and enter receiving details into the ERP system.
  • •Support inventory record accuracy through cycle counts and maintain audit trails and data integrity to investigate and rectify count errors.
  • •Maintain stores area standards, including daily 5S activities, and perform put-away processes by relocating and counting pieces into correct bin locations.
  • •Pack products and spares for shipment, ensure shipment paperwork is completed and copied as required, and report actions back to the shipping function.
