Key Responsibilities

  • •Hardening the group’s security posture across a multi-entity hybrid Microsoft environment using Defender XDR and Sentinel as the central SIEM/SOAR platform.
  • •Implementing Zero Trust identity controls including phishing-resistant MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access, and Active Directory security hardening.
  • •Co-operating with external MDR providers to optimize incident response workflows and operational security signals.
  • •Developing, documenting, and monitoring security policies, baselines, and control frameworks across group entities.
  • •Executing a repeatable security onboarding framework for newly acquired entities during ongoing M&A operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Cloud/SaaS infrastructure security consulting or engineering engagements.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Security Stack including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and cloud/network security.
  • •Proficiency in security practices such as incident response, security analysis, and posture hardening.
  • •Experience securing and maintaining Microsoft Stack services; insurance infrastructure experience is a plus.
  • •English communication at B2+ level or higher; familiarity with ISO 27001 / SOC-2 is advantageous.
