Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the company’s capital strategy across financing avenues including debt facilities, equity investments, corporate credit lines, asset-backed securitizations, and private placements.
  • •Serve as a key execution team member on new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing closing.
  • •Build, maintain, and stress-test complex financial models to evaluate financing proposals, analyze pricing, and assess impacts on the balance sheet and cost of capital.
  • •Create and maintain relationships with banking and buy-side partners, including lenders, institutional investors, and credit rating agencies, and represent the company externally with investor materials.
  • •Support treasury and internal capital allocation by analyzing cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity, managing interest rate/FX exposures, and creating executive research and board reporting.
