Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring an integration and operational lens into diligence by evaluating organizational fit, integration risks, and operational readiness, and synthesizing findings into recommendations.
  • •Own integration planning and execution from late-stage diligence through steady state, including change management, employee retention planning, and cultural transition.
  • •Partner with GTM Operations on commercial integration workstreams and ensure alignment between deal intent and field execution.
  • •Build and maintain corporate development operational infrastructure (deal pipeline processes, diligence templates, integration playbooks, and supporting data/AI tools).
  • •Track integration KPIs and synergy realization, report progress and blockers to deal sponsors/executive leadership, and run integration retrospectives to improve future planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 239,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or management consulting with a technology focus.
  • •Demonstrated track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types (acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases, mergers).
  • •Strong program management skills to keep complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without direct authority.
  • •Clear, concise communication with executives, functional partners, and founders to manage senior stakeholders.
  • •Familiarity with data and AI tools, plus interest in building efficient, instrumented ways of working.
