Business Banking Relationship Manager

Manage and grow a portfolio of diverse commercial customer relationships by advising clients, retaining accounts, and proactively sourcing new business opportunities. Partner with product teams to cross-sell services, analyze and review portfolios to reduce risk and improve profitability, and facilitate credit requests including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, and documentation. Resolve customer issues, represent the bank through community and business activities, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
