Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, technology licensing, or corporate development, with meaningful semiconductor experience.
  • •Track record landing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships, including commercial software/IP licenses, technology-access deals, or strategic alliances.
  • •Fluency in the semiconductor landscape (e.g., design flows, PDKs, verification, process nodes) to engage without needing a translator.
  • •Strong licensing instincts covering EULAs, IP rights, and usage restrictions to structure deal terms when standard paper doesn’t fit.
