Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized AI projects embedded in P&C workflows and services, from intake through launch and adoption.
  • •Translate leadership strategy into plans, milestones, and decision points the team can execute against.
  • •Build program structure including governance, working teams, status cadences, and decision frameworks.
  • •Run cross-functional teams across IT, design, data, legal, privacy, and operations; unblock issues and hold partners accountable.
  • •Track outcomes and risks across the portfolio (dependencies, capacity, scope creep, and change management) and apply rigor to responsible AI considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex cross-functional work.

  • •PMP certification (Project Management Professional) or equivalent portfolio management certification is preferred.
