Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the standard for applying agents across the stack to automate the staffing pipeline with AI-assisted tooling.
  • •Architect and lead core systems across real-time matching and autonomous ML/agent-powered vetting pipelines.
  • •Own platform architecture and roadmap planning for near-term and next-year needs.
  • •Drive backend performance, reliability, and scale.
  • •Build frontier models and existing agents into production across APIs, infrastructure, and data workflows.

Key Requirements
