Personal Banker Associate I - Mishawaka

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs, build profiles, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. During an onboarding and education program, rotate through operations and sales/service, use CAMP and marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments, cross-sell, and partner with teams such as Mortgage and Small Business. Handle teller transactions and support Financial Center objectives.
