Manage the flow of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and lead training using Quality Control standards to complete repairs correctly the first time. Set daily/weekly/monthly goals, coach and performance-manage the team, ensure adherence to policies and safety standards, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on quality and cost.
