Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop hourly associates to achieve inspection center production and quality targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive process improvements.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject vehicles.
  • •Train associates on Quality Control standards and lead performance management, coaching, and adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and safety standards.
