Key Responsibilities

•Design enhancement, updates, and programming changes for firmware portions and subsystems.
•Analyze design requirements to determine coding, programming, and integration activities based on product architecture.
•Write and execute complete testing plans and documentation for assigned application portions, debugging and resolving code/integration issues.
•Lead a project team of firmware engineers and development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions for assigned systems/subsystems.
•Collaborate with management and partners on firmware design status, progress, and issue resolution; provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
•Typically more than 10 years of experience.
•Expertise in multiple firmware design tools and programming languages.
•Experience designing firmware, including interaction and integration with hardware design.
•Knowledge of firmware testing methodology, including creating and executing test plans, debugging, and testing scripts/tools.
