Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, backlog prioritization, and crisp acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering around system boundaries, correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), reliability, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
  • •Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops leaders.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as product inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, privacy) and define launch gates.
  • •Apply AI responsibly by defining decision boundaries, human-in-the-loop usage, evaluation approach, and ensuring AI numbers trace to real records.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgement under ambiguity and decisiveness.
  • •Solid system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and ability to review/challenge design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (e.g., payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or the ability to ramp quickly.
  • •Hands-on with LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluatable (offline/online/human feedback) and managing hallucination/drift/data gaps.
  • •Nice to have: an engineer or highly technical PM background, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined eval metrics for ML/LLM systems, and/or SEA market experience.
