Key Responsibilities

  • •Train, coach, and supervise AP associates, including daily delegation of work and review of bag checks, sign-in accuracy, and floor counts.
  • •Enforce AP compliance and education (AP Awareness) and maintain required audits, inspections, and proper records.
  • •Report and investigate violations/incidents, including theft reporting and follow-up support with external and internal investigations.
  • •Conduct routine physical security and safety inspections, control access for associates and visitors, and communicate hazards to local management.
  • •Maintain AP equipment and oversee daily review of Cegid reports (negatives, voids, returns, quota items) to prevent loss/shrink.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred.
  • •8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only).

  • •Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job and stand, move, lift as required.
