Lead and scale complex partner implementations across the Wise Platform in EMEA. Key Responsibilities

•Create and evolve an EMEA regional implementation strategy aligned to business goals.
•Own implementation delivery in EMEA, driving the team to hit KPIs and business outcomes.
•Coach and develop a team of four to deliver multiple complex integrations across products and large-scale partners.
•Lead project management end-to-end: identify/mitigate risks and plan, prioritize, and manage competing timelines.
•Make implementation decisions and maintain project governance, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and clean reporting with no surprises.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in project management, operations, product development, and/or product operations.
•Led a team of 4+ individuals, successfully coaching and enabling senior team members.
•Commercially driven, improving KPIs and business metrics with measurable revenue impact.
•Technically fluent with APIs and solution design, and comfortable partnering with engineering and product teams.
•Excellent communication and influence across stakeholders, with a proactive, analytical, detail-oriented approach using data to assess opportunities.
