Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors while embodying and communicating brand values to customers.
  • •Manage daily zoning schedules, opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with store protocols and secure operations.
  • •Maintain product and brand expertise, contribute ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities.
  • •Support operational excellence including inventory tasks, placing orders, managing fill-in orders, and executing visual merchandising standards.
  • •Act as primary contact for store leadership/IT/facilities on operational matters; train on BoH processes and handle first-level POS troubleshooting and minor maintenance.

Salary: SEK 325,000

  • •3+ years of experience in a retail environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Passion for running, fashion, or sports (running/fashion/sports experience is a plus).
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and inspire your team.
  • •Ability to maintain visually appealing stores and uphold high visual merchandising standards.
  • •Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
