Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with and advise front-line managers on people-related topics, including performance management, coaching, career development, employee relations, leveling, team effectiveness, and belonging and inclusivity.
  • •Advise and consult on Stripe People policies and best practices in collaboration with People team members and counsel as necessary.
  • •Partner directly with People Partners (HRBPs), managers, and leaders on organizational strategy and initiatives.
  • •Facilitate smooth rollouts of key People programs, including support for performance review cycles, compensation cycles, employee engagement surveys, and ad hoc programs.
  • •Analyze and present organizational health trends and insights; manage tracking and reporting of people data to inform team strategy, including lifecycle departure processes and local labor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing HR role (e.g., HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner).
  • •Experience partnering with managers on performance management, manager coaching, employee relations, team health, and team culture.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to diagnose issues, reason through solutions, and adapt during implementation.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong working knowledge of UK and Ireland employment legislation and practices.
