Job Summary

Experienced Project Planner to join the Infrastructure team in Brisbane. Lead detailed construction programs, integrate scheduling with project controls, coordinate across planning, pre-construction, construction and commissioning, and present insights through dashboards to drive schedule performance and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule.
•Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions.
•Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
•Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule performance, progress, and forecasts.
•Conduct schedule quality checks, critical path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Rail Possessions Planning is essential
•Proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler, or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g. rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport).
•Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with exposure to tools such as Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, and Power BI.
•Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments.
•A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from Project Directors.
