Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction to general contractors, architects, and vendors to complete projects on time and within contract requirements.
  • •Review construction contracts, pay requests, and hard copy/electronic documentation; audit and correct errors.
  • •Manage change orders by reviewing, negotiating, and approving all changes.
  • •Review new store plans (civil, architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ensure locations meet standard criteria through quarterly audits.
  • •Prepare bid information, survey existing buildings for scope and inspections, manage remodel scope and budget, and handle closeout and the 11-month warranty process.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of construction experience.
  • •At least 5 years managing multiple concurrent projects in commercial and/or industrial construction.
  • •Experience managing multiple construction projects ranging from $5M–$50M.
  • •Experience with concrete tilt-wall construction, distribution center builds, and civil scopes (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
