•Provide direction to general contractors, architects, and vendors to complete projects on time and within contract requirements.
•Review construction contracts, pay requests, and hard copy/electronic documentation; audit and correct errors.
•Manage change orders by reviewing, negotiating, and approving all changes.
•Review new store plans (civil, architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and ensure locations meet standard criteria through quarterly audits.
•Prepare bid information, survey existing buildings for scope and inspections, manage remodel scope and budget, and handle closeout and the 11-month warranty process.

•Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
