Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a rolling, driver-based operating model that is accurate and decision-ready for planning conversations.
  • •Drive the quarterly reforecast cycle end-to-end, managing calendar, inputs, and outputs.
  • •Lead planning cycles from annual operating plan to headcount/workforce planning, aligning hiring with budget and strategic priorities.
  • •Execute monthly and quarterly operating rhythm with budget-versus-actuals and variance analysis, explaining the why behind the numbers.
  • •Strengthen rigor and consistency of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, magic number, CAC payback, LTV to CAC, burn multiple, Rule of 40) to be defensible and trusted.
  • •Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Data to build a single source of truth and accelerate monthly close.
  • •Prepare analysis and materials for board/investor reporting in collaboration with Head of Strategic Finance and CFO.
  • •Lead ad hoc strategic and scenario analyses to inform faster, better decisions across leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, ideally at a high-growth software company.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and driver-based operating models, cohort analysis, and scenario work.
  • •Strong command of SaaS metrics and unit economics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, LTV to CAC, magic number, burn multiple).
  • •Fluency working directly with data, including SQL and a modern warehouse/BI stack (Snowflake, dbt, Looker or Omni).
  • •Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
