Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership for the market’s annual strategic projects programme.
  • •Ensure successful delivery of capital programme services through outsourced partners, managing performance, cost, quality, and risk.
  • •Lead and oversee outsourced services across key projects, addressing underperformance, resolving issues, and escalating programme/project matters.
  • •Embed RES and functional strategy into the strategic programme, identifying opportunities to expand scope with digital processes, Smart Building technology, D&I enablement, and space utilisation solutions.
  • •Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing competing demands and balancing supplier/stakeholder issues with business and group standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience delivering strategic first-mover or large-scale complex programs.
  • •Professional qualification in a Project Management discipline, Architectural, Construction Management, Contract Management, or a relevant equivalent.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of SME activities and issues in complex/large program delivery.
  • •Experience leading and delivering programs with sustainability, innovation, and/or transformation focus.
  • •Strong expertise in supplier management, contract administration, and construction within a strategic real estate context, including contract negotiation and administration.
