Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering team, establishing career ladders and a culture of accountability and psychological safety
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure
•Balance feature delivery with modernization of codebase and optimization of infrastructure costs
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tooling to improve cycle times and deployment frequency

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience
•At least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data volume environment
•Proven track record leading remote, globally distributed engineering teams
•Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
•Strong focus on metrics (e.g., DORA) and AI-enabled development tools to improve delivery velocity and code quality
