Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from multiple makes/models and determining root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Perform safe repairs and preventive maintenance on pump, power, and HVAC equipment at the shop and, when required, at customer job sites.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and set up/operate equipment alone or with other technicians.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic paperwork/documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
