Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SAP transformation projects and ensure delivery of BUILD projects with functional FI & Logistics scope.
  • •Act as SAP S/4 expert, owning functional and technical choices throughout project lifecycles.
  • •Identify opportunities, contribute to pre-sales, and integrate emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
  • •Oversee consultants, participate in training and support key users, and ensure solution validation during UAT/recette.
  • •Guide clients through transformation journeys and ensure sustainable, high-performing SAP solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering or related field with at least 10 years of technico-functional SAP experience (MM, SD, FI, CO, Data Management)
  • •Expertise in SAP S/4 with responsibility for functional/technical choices throughout project lifecycles
  • •Experience leading onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models and SAP S/4 build projects
  • •Ability to identify client transformation opportunities and innovate in SAP domains (including AI/automation)
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and coach functional consultants and guide key users through acceptance testing
