Job Summary

Senior Cost Manager in our Dublin Real Estate team overseeing cost management and quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle. You will lead feasibility studies, prepare procurement reports, cost plans, Bills of Quantities, tenders, and post-contract cost control, while guiding contractors and clients through design, procurement and delivery on iconic Dublin projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
•Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
•Preparation of Bills of Quantities in accordance with ARM.
•Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage.
•Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, taking responsibility for cost checks and valuations, and producing monthly post-contract cost reports.

Key Requirements

•A proven track record of delivering high‑quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
•Professional qualification (RICS or equivalent).
•Significant experience in the Irish market (experience in public works preferred).
•Degree or HNC‑level qualification.
•Experience working on Public Works Contracts (PW‑CF1 or PW‑CF2) and delivering services in accordance with CWMF Stages (i to v) preferred.
