Job Summary

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leadership as a strategic HR advisor embedded in day-to-day execution. Own org design and headcount planning, run the quarterly Signal Review performance cycle, and translate people data into retention and risk interventions. Lead complex employee relations cases and coach senior technical leaders through hard conversations. Help build scalable, AI-enabled people operating rhythms while scaling across Stockholm and London.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted HR partner to EPD leaders on people decisions shaping the business, including team design, leadership effectiveness, talent density, retention, and change.
•Experiment with AI-enabled workflows for AI-native people operations (e.g., manager enablement, insight generation, communications, operating rhythms) and help leaders adopt them.
•Partner with Engineering, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops on org design and headcount planning, including reporting lines, role definition, spans/layers, and contractor strategy.
•Run EPD’s quarterly Signal Review cycle end-to-end, including manager prep, calibration, at-risk categorization, level corrections, and follow-through.
•Own complex employee relations and risk management cases (performance improvement plans, investigations, probation, resignations, and terminations) and provide leadership coaching through hard conversations.

Key Requirements

•10+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting Engineering, Product, Design, Research, or similarly technical organizations.
•Experience at an AI-native, developer tools, product-led, or high-growth technology company.
•Strong business judgment connecting people decisions to priorities, product velocity, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
•Excellent judgment handling sensitive employee relations cases including performance, conduct, probation, resignation, and termination.
•Comfort giving hard feedback to senior technical leaders while maintaining discretion and strong relationships.
