Key Responsibilities

  • •Screen upstream gas and LNG investment opportunities globally.
  • •Characterize and prioritize opportunities using defined criteria including upstream potential, maturity, partner quality, economics, and local policies.
  • •Provide investment analysis advice for LNG and upstream M&A deals, leading economic evaluations and financial due diligence.
  • •Coordinate M&A task forces to gather inputs across relevant units and support assessment of pre-FID projects.
  • •Conduct negotiations, manage due diligence across technical/financial/commercial/environmental/legal areas, and manage external advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA or advanced postgraduate (MPA or business-related) preferred.
  • •15 years of experience with at least 10 years in relevant M&A, business development, transactions, and Gas & LNG work experience.
  • •Demonstrable leadership and management experience.
  • •Strong ability to establish and maintain networks across and within company organizations.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multi-disciplinary teams (preferred).
