Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, engage, technically assess, and recruit promising startups across Europe building on NVIDIA-accelerated platforms with an emphasis on Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI.
  • •Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and platform alignment including CUDA libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, and GPU-accelerated training/inference stacks.
  • •Translate ecosystem and developer feedback into actionable input for NVIDIA platform, SDK, and product teams and act as the voice of Inception members by understanding their technical roadmaps and dependencies.
  • •Provide technically relevant content, enablement, and tooling to accelerate adoption of CUDA-based libraries, NVIDIA SDKs, AI frameworks, and developer platforms.
  • •Design and lead technical workshops and deep dives to accelerate time-to-production and platform optimization, working with Solutions Architects and Developer Relations; support sell-to/sell-with motions aligned with sales and channel partners.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in startup accelerators/incubators, senior roles at technology startups, platform ecosystem development, or venture capital with a strong technology focus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics (or related) or equivalent demonstrable technical experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • •Strong affinity for AI, machine learning, data science, and accelerated computing with working familiarity across CUDA, GPU architectures, NVIDIA SDKs, and modern AI tooling.
  • •Ability to engage credibly with technical founders, engineering leaders, and researchers and translate complex platform concepts into clear guidance.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills; able to represent NVIDIA Inception as a technically credible platform partner.
