•Own the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running – from workspace setup through compliance controls
•Get close to enterprise customers: understand how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance at scale
•Translate insights into clear product direction—what to build, in what order, and why—aligning engineering and design to the strategy
•Collaborate with the engineering manager and designer; write clear specs and make trade-off calls to help engineers build the right thing first time
•Partner with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals; ensure commercial loops are considered and deal-critical features are delivered
