Job Summary

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for all cost aspects of civil and building works from inception to final account, optimizing expenditure while maximizing revenue and maintaining strong employer/subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Obtain and expand knowledge base on all Civil and Building related matters for specific projects and administer subcontractors per Company procedures.
•Coordinate with site construction and technical teams to collect progress details and ensure timely updates.
•Manage Client Site Instructions and Variation Orders, ensuring alignment with the main contract.
•Prepare and submit monthly cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete reports, and profitability projections within the specified timeframe.
•Ensure all packages, tendering procedures, and subcontracts follow standard terms and are properly coordinated and documented.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
•Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
•Minimum 8 years' experience, with 5 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, is a requirement.
•Experience with CCS/Candy, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
