Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity strategies/plans; coordinate tests and follow up improvement measures.
  • •Coordinate incident and crisis management activities, including reporting, lessons learned, and supporting crisis plans, exercises, documentation, and coordination.
  • •Contribute to physical security risk analyses, security concepts, and protection measures in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Support Governance, Risk & Compliance for Operations, including controls/risk assessments, governance project coordination, and management reporting.
  • •Analyze and pragmatically implement new or changed regulatory and internal requirements; support audit preparation and cross-functional reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed higher education or further training in Risk & Compliance, Business Continuity, crisis/security management, economics, insurance, or IT.
  • •Several years of experience in at least one of these areas, with willingness to expand into additional P&R and GRC topics.
  • •Good understanding of operational processes, risks, controls, and technical relationships.
  • •Ability to structure complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • •Independent, reliable, solution-oriented working style with flexibility for changing priorities.
