Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop software prototypes to support research and design efforts.
  • •Build algorithms and prototypes to test and explore concepts.
  • •Run formal controlled psychological experiments and measure human performance and cognition limitations.
  • •Conduct usability, ethnographic, heuristic evaluations, task analyses, and structured interviews and surveys.
  • •Evaluate research findings and prototypes, author a research paper, and present results externally and internally.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated expertise in interactive technologies with peer-reviewed publications on the topic in international venues.
  • •Very strong technical skills building software prototypes.
  • •Conduct literature reviews and gather requirements/issues to explore and design research ideas.
  • •Experience with web development and frameworks such as React/Next.js and Node.js/Flask.
  • •Strong communication skills and teamwork experience, including writing clear, concise technical material.
