Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for a specialized process within the distribution center in a multi-shift, high-volume environment.
  • •Drive safety, environment, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance for your respective area.
  • •Manage employees in the department, including monitoring attendance/productivity and coaching associates.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy and control, including compliance with financial policies and procedures (e.g., E&O, damages).
  • •Drive processes through Eaton business systems and partner with managers to support a zero-incident culture and improve output and location accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • •Strong safety knowledge to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
  • •Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems and MS Office applications (including Excel).
