Senior Associate-Digital Product Management

Shape and execute the Generative AI product strategy for Global Servicing, supporting products from problem definition through planning, release, monitoring, and end-of-life. Partner with stakeholders across design, engineering, testing, compliance, and marketing to refine product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics. Use strong technical understanding of GenAI architecture and Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, to drive pilots that scale from learning to measurable benefit.
