Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain the organization’s IAM systems to ensure secure and seamless user access.
  • •Implement and monitor PAM solutions and develop/enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures for compliance.
  • •Perform periodic reviews of user access rights to maintain least-privilege access, and conduct regular IAM audits and assessments.
  • •Design, deploy, and automate IAM processes including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC), integrating with applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
  • •Support MFA and SSO implementation, monitor/respond to IAM incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and report IAM metrics and compliance status.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in IAM or related cybersecurity roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra.
  • •Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Wallix, or BeyondTrust, including access review and least-privilege practices.
  • •Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Excel Automation) and UI automation with Power Automate.
