Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the product group’s technical roadmap and architectural direction across the product group and wider business.
  • •Set and promote portfolio-level engineering standards and frameworks that lift the quality capabilities of all teams.
  • •Mentor engineers across levels and enable career development through coaching and guidance.
  • •Advocate for modern DevOps culture and adoption of technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, and React to support product requirements.
  • •Guide teams in defining and implementing SLOs and ensure deployment pipelines are fit for purpose and safe to deploy.
