Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive B2B web strategy and customer journey to grow engaged visits, improve form completion, and deepen customer understanding.

  • •Prioritize and deliver the enterprise web experience roadmap, establishing continuous experimentation and optimization using data-informed insights.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading and managing teams, including senior contributors in web marketing or digital product leadership.
  • •Experience working and collaborating across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • •Strong proficiency with the modern web tech stack, including enterprise CMS platforms, web analytics, and work management tools.
