  • •Lead the end-to-end implementation of BriteCore’s platform, aligning execution to accelerated 4–8 month goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • •Serve as key point of contact for largest customers, setting expectations, preventing scope creep, and minimizing implementation delays while controlling costs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to define business requirements, project scope, objectives, and deliverables with Implementation Analysts, product owners, engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; communicate status and insights to executives at both BriteCore and the customer.
  • •Manage milestone achievement, track actual effort, facilitate decision-making meetings, and transparently escalate risks with mitigation strategies.
