Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and ensure efficient workshop operations while meeting customer requirements and sales targets.
  • •Achieve branch financial/non-financial targets (e.g., labour sales, RO numbers, service campaign targets) and stay within the branch budget.
  • •Reduce operating costs, ensure proper bay utilization, and maintain petty cash and monthly bill settlements to Accounts.
  • •Motivate the workshop team, recommend training needs, conduct annual performance assessments, and maintain high morale.
  • •Ensure work instructions and repair processes follow procedures and manufacturer guidelines; resolve customer complaints promptly and monitor safety and SOP compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-year Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •5 years’ dealership experience at a Supervisor or Senior Service Advisor level.
  • •Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of policy adherence across repairs, warranty, company, legal and safety requirements.
  • •Proficiency in cost control, WIP monitoring, report generation, and repair quality.
