System Administrator (Desktop Support)

Provide desktop support and maintain desktop systems for an intelligence customer in Arnold, MO. As a Systems Administrator Advisor, you’ll troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, perform OS and layered software installs/upgrades, monitor and tune performance, and support desktop environments for both on-site and remote users. You’ll also lead recoverability efforts, evaluate systems, ensure standards compliance, and guide less-experienced personnel.
