Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analytical findings and recommendations for regular P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking, performance analysis, and accountability reporting.
  • •Conduct special P&PM-related studies, including performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, and design/redesign of measurements, processes, workflows, and information system-related changes.
  • •Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel.
  • •Mentor other P&PM personnel on analytical practice.
  • •Perform other related staff and analytical duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • •12 years of related experience in planning and performance management, including use of business intelligence tools.
  • •Solid knowledge of management accounting, finance, and Excel.
  • •Excellent oral and written English; Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not required.
