  • •Strong knowledge of ingredients, product formulation, processing equipment, ingredient interactions, and laboratory test methods.
  • •Proven ability to lead product development and commercialization across multiple projects and priorities.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, project management, and problem-solving skills.
