Agentic AI - Lead Software Engineer

Lead hands-on development of agentic AI tooling, services, and reusable patterns that help teams across Mastercard experiment, validate, and scale AI-enabled solutions. Design and implement AI-enabled applications and developer-facing workflows, integrating agent systems and evaluating models and tools across quality, cost, latency, reliability, and maintainability. Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to prototype through validation, while improving developer experience via automation and platform thinking.
