Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and monitor road construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project requirements.
  • •Manage and coordinate day-to-day road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade/subbase, road base, asphalt works, kerbs, footpaths, paving, road markings, and associated works.
  • •Review contractor submissions (shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, technical proposals) and monitor progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance.
  • •Conduct site inspections and review Inspection Requests to ensure works are completed per approved documents; maintain records of inspections, progress, issues, and activities.
  • •Coordinate with surveyors and other infrastructure disciplines (wet utilities, electrical, telecom, drainage, street lighting, landscaping) and support resolution of technical issues, risks, and delays while ensuring health, safety, environment, and quality requirements are implemented.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •10+ years of site supervision, inspection, and quality control experience.
  • •Experience in road and infrastructure projects, including earthworks, pavements, asphalt, kerbs, footpaths, paving, and road markings.
  • •Knowledge of drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and testing requirements.
