Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for grid-related matters for GW+ scale projects across ITO, OTR, and post-COD phases
  • •Lead grid integration strategy across solar, wind, BESS, PSP, and hybrid energy systems
  • •Interface with utilities, grid operators, regulators, and internal leadership for alignment on grid compliance and integration
  • •Support commercial and bid teams in scope definition, risk assessment, and grid compliance positioning
  • •Lead advanced power system studies and develop grid models for turbines, inverters, BESS, and conventional generation systems

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Power Systems Engineering; minimum 15+ years of experience in grid integration and power system studies, renewable/ storage/ PSP integration, and transmission/substations up to 765 kV
  • •Strong expertise in grid simulation and modeling (PSCAD, PSS/E, PSLF, DIgSILENT, EMTP) and grid code compliance
  • •Proven experience in customer-facing roles and high-value project delivery; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • •Experience interfacing with utilities, grid operators, regulators, and executive leadership to align on grid integration and compliance
