•Serve as the primary point of contact for grid-related matters for GW+ scale projects across ITO, OTR, and post-COD phases
•Lead grid integration strategy across solar, wind, BESS, PSP, and hybrid energy systems
•Interface with utilities, grid operators, regulators, and internal leadership for alignment on grid compliance and integration
•Support commercial and bid teams in scope definition, risk assessment, and grid compliance positioning
•Lead advanced power system studies and develop grid models for turbines, inverters, BESS, and conventional generation systems

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Power Systems Engineering; minimum 15+ years of experience in grid integration and power system studies, renewable/ storage/ PSP integration, and transmission/substations up to 765 kV
•Strong expertise in grid simulation and modeling (PSCAD, PSS/E, PSLF, DIgSILENT, EMTP) and grid code compliance
•Proven experience in customer-facing roles and high-value project delivery; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Willingness to travel up to 40%
•Experience interfacing with utilities, grid operators, regulators, and executive leadership to align on grid integration and compliance
