Job Summary

We are recruiting a Cost Manager (NRM1) to join a programme delivery team responsible for cost management and estimating across hospital build/refurbishment projects UK-wide. You will lead cost planning, develop elemental cost plans, manage client and stakeholder relationships, support governance and risk reviews, and drive continuous improvement across large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•Cost management and estimating across the programme, ensuring consistency and accuracy of cost estimates and cost plans.
•Support the governance framework, providing cost assurance and verification of data to enable commercial decision-making.
•Engage with scheme leads, Trusts and Advisors to ensure compliance with client processes, tools and cost management practices.
•Deliver detailed cost analysis and reporting to support decision making and risk management across the project.
•Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the regional health sector team.

Key Requirements

•Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of different scale.
•Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity
•Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
•Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification
•Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management is advantageous
