Job Summary

Lead store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences by immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product. Spend quality time on the sales floor, coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, and build a high-performance selling environment. •Implement visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes on a timely basis.
•Partner with leadership (Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource Generalist) to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
